Bedrooms & upstairs

The Bluff (master bedroom)
The Bluff looks out over the Black Mountains and is generally considered the master bedroom. There is more than enough space to set up a travel cot. The single beds from the Twmpa room can also be moved in here if preferred.
Beds:
1 x standard size double

The Twmpa “toom-pah” (family room)
This room looks out over the fields behind the house. This is a spacious family room with a super kingsize bed, as well as 2 single beds. The single beds can also be configured to be comfortable seating which also creates more space. The singles can also be moved to the Bluff room if preferred.
Beds
1 x super kingsize double
2 x singles (alternatively these can be collapsed into comfy seating or can be used in the Bluff room if preferred)

The Begwns “beg-ins” (double room)
This is the smallest room in the house, but will still comfortably sleep 2 with room left over for baggage. The Begwns is also conveniently located on the ground floor so you can be first to get your morning coffee.
Beds
1 x standard double

Bathroom
Not only a spacious bathroom, but stunning views out over the mountains which make for an impressive instagram while you’re taking care of business…
Living area, kitchen and downstairs

Sitting room area
Makes the for the most cosy evenings even on the coldest days. The log burner will heat the place up in no time and there is more than enough sofa room for everyone to sink into. And yes, the guitar is there to played.
There is also a sofa between the sitting area and kitchen that can be made into a comfortable three quarter size bed extremely quickly and easily.
Beds
1 x three-quarter size comfortable sofa bed

Kitchen area
The kitchen is all part of the open plan living space downstairs. Gaze out over the mountain range as you’re chopping your veg, or chat to people sitting at the dinner table or leaning against the dresser (or the one lucky enough to bagsey the captains chair near the spice cabinet).

Utility room
Everything you need (especially for longer stays). A sizeable fridge will hold all the cheese, fizz and beer you need. There’s a chest freezer and use the washing machine if you need (especially useful for those of you with little ones).

Downstairs loo
A nice convenience downstairs and suitably located the other side of the utility room for a little privacy.
Outside area

Outside at the Cruck
French doors lead out on to the patio and the garden where you can sit, eat, drink and marvel at the Black Mountain range that surround you. We have garden furniture which is suitable for alfresco dining (you’ll find it in the shed) and the garden is plenty big enough for the kids to expend some energy. Public footpaths also surround the Cruck that lead through fields and woodland which we encourage you to explore, all we ask is that you follow the country code.
